Position Description:

This position is part of team working on a government project to provide technical support for the planning, integration, testing, and deployment of an ERP solution across a large scale enterprise, ranging from 10,000 - 100,000+ seats at multiple nationwide locations.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with Oracle 11i or R12 E-Business Suite (including CMRO and ASCP) in areas of maintenance, supply chain, and finance, as well as the development of RICEW objects as part of an Oracle business suite implementation.
  • Familiar with tools such as IBM’s Rational Suite RUP, Telelogic’s DOORS, ProVision, etc.
  • Experience with other large ERP projects.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues related to enterprise-wide data architecture and design concerns.
  • Ability to organize and disseminate information efficiently and set expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with the technical integration and troubleshooting of the end-to-end infrastructure supporting the government project. The end-to-end infrastructure includes, but is not limited to, the software and hardware associated with the user desktop, networks (e.g., hubs, routers, switches, service delivery point), security components (e.g., firewalls, proxy servers), Air Force infrastructure services (e.g., Akamai servers, Web Seal, FTP and sFTP services, messaging services, web services), and program infrastructure (e.g., BPEL).
  • Establish and lead an Infrastructure IPT and other relevant infrastructure providers.
  • Work with the Infrastructure IPT to troubleshoot the problems, conduct root-cause analyses, develop corrective action plans, ensure corrective action plans are implemented, and report on the status of the resolutions to management.
