Current NovaTech Government Contracts

GSA Information Technology (IT) Support - FSS 70 GS-35F-0430T
Our GSA Schedule was awarded May 16, 2007 and is valid through May 15, 2012, the IT Support Schedule enables NovaTech to provide IT support services and help desk support to any federal agency and organization throughout the CONUS. Support services provided by NovaTech under this schedule include, but are not limited to, information systems architecture strategy, project management, systems analysis and design, web design and development, network analysis, setup and maintenance services, office automation support, data management, systems development, systems assurance, and systems implementation and operation. CECOM Rapid Response (C2R)
CECOM Rapid Response (C2R) Program is a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded in January 2003. The contract has a maximum ceiling of $2.778 billion and is administered by the US Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM). This program streamlines the acquisition process, enabling any Federal Agency to quickly obtain the engineering and manufacturing support needed for new and existing weapon systems, subsystems, platforms, communications, electronic warfare, and information systems. As part of the ARINC team, this contract allows NovaTech to provide a broad range of services such as research and development, technology insertion, systems integration and systems engineering, installation, test and evaluation, studies and analyses, technical data management, logistic support, training, and acquisition support. Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS)
Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS) is a single award 3 year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) prime contract awarded in April 08. As part of the Jacobs Technology Team, this contract enables NovaTech to continuously provide skilled engineering and technology acquisition support to meet the mission of ESC. This BPA is available to all ESC organizations including geographically separated units (GSUs) and operating locations (OLs). Future Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment Tool (F2AST)
The Future Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment Tool (F2AST) Program is a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded in July 2008. This contract provides development, modifications, and depot maintenance. It may include one-time spares and repairs which qualify as critical, limited, and/or contingency and sole source services to a F2AST contractor or large business subcontractor, such as other aircraft parts and auxiliary equipment manufacturing. As part of L3's team, NovaTech can provide these services. This BPA is available to Air Force maintenance and depot organizations. Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS)
Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) is a 5 year, $9B Air Force Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded in September 2004 to the NCI Information Systems Inc.(NCI) team. It provides Network-Centric Information technology, Networking, Telephony and Security, Voice, Video and Data Communications, Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products, system solutions, engineering services, systems hardware and software, systems management, operations and maintenance support, configuration management, training, centralized logistics and inventory management support. This includes depot level support, spares and/or supplies, to satisfy the requirements for interoperability, compatibility and resource sharing of both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), supporting the Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture. As part of NCI's Team, this contract enables NovaTech to provide flexible end-user solutions that embrace diverse current and future network-centric information technology requirements, ensure interoperability through standards-based technology (using both GFE and CFE) and implement the constant evolution of state-of-the-art technology and systems solutions. Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) Program
The Electronic Systems Center (ESC) PASS Program was awarded in May 2007 and is valid through May of 2012. As part of the BTAS, Inc PASS Team, this contract enables NovaTech to provide command and control (C2) Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) to ESC system acquisition programs and development planning projects during all phases of the acquisition cycle. Services include helping organizations define program requirements; provide program management and program office support; preparing acquisition program documentation and products; and providing functional support such as configuration management, financial management, and logistics support. This BPA is available to all ESC organizations including geographically separated units (GSUs) and operating locations (OLs). On September 11, 2007, Headquarters ESC announced award of the 754 ELSG/EC Task Order valued at ~$22.0M to BTAS, Inc. which included Nova Technology Solutions as a Team member. NovaTech is the technical lead for this task. We will join with the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) Program Office to bring the Air Forces largest Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on line. Nova Technology Solutions will furnish ERP management and Logistical expertise to the program office. SAF/FM Advisory and Assistance Services Support
SAF/FM Advisory and Assistance Services Support is a 2 plus year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded to in March 09 and is valid through December of 2011. This contract provides a full range of integrated business services to support the SAF/FMP mission including; CFO and FFMIA Compliancy, Financial Improvements Audit Readiness Plan (FIAR), Financial Improvement Plan (FIP), Audit, Architecture, Change Management, Workforce Management, Business Process Reengineering, Data, ERP Application knowledge, Transformational efforts, customer service support, Functional Requirements, Functional Test Support, Deployment Support, Functional Help Desk, Functional Outreach Program, training, statutory and governing documentation development, technical and customer technical representative support and Program Support and Administration and Strategic Communications. As part of Pricewaterhouse Coopers' team, NovaTech can provide broad advisory and assistance services (A&AS). This BPA is available to all SAF/FM customers and organizations including geographically separated units (GSUs) and operating locations (OLs). SeaPort-E is a 15 year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded in December 2008. USTRANSCOM Advisory and Assistance Services
Strategic Planning and Systems Integration United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Advisory and Assistance Services Program is a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded in June 2007. As part of the Paragon Team, this contract enables NovaTech to provide A&AS to USTRANSCOM. Services include helping the USTRANSCOM organizations direct and supervise execution of the strategic distribution system. The organizations we are supporting provide air, land and sea transportation for the Department of Defense both in time of peace and time of war. Veterans Technology Services Government Wide Acquisition Contract (VETS-GWAC)
Veterans Technology Services Government Wide Acquisition Contract (VETS-GWAC) is a 10 year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded in February 07. This contract provides cutting-edge technology solutions to federal agencies without the expenses and time involved in open-market set-aside procurements. There are two broad contract scope areas - Systems Operations and Maintenance, and Information Systems Engineering. As part of INTECON's team NovaTech can provide services under this contract.
